Ghana has produced some of the best footballers in the world – CAF President Patrice Motsepe

The President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Dr. Patrice Motsepe says Ghana is capable of winning the World Cup title considering the talents in the West African country.

The four-time African Champions came close to reaching the semifinals of the biggest soccer mundial but unfortunately lost the quarterfinal to Uruguay.

The CAF boss who is on a two-day working visit in Ghana speaking during a breakfast meeting said Ghana as a country is blessed with immense talent and a country capable of winning the FIFA World Cup in the near future.

“Ghana has produced some of the best footballers in the world. This country has the talent and resources to produce a national team that can win the AFCON, but also win a World Cup” he said.
