Ghana holds final training session in Yaounde ahead of Morocco clash on Monday

The Ghana national team on Sunday evening held a final training session ahead of the clash against Morocco on Monday, January 10, 2022.

Nicknamed the Black Stars, the national team of the West African country arrived in Cameroon this weekend geared up to battle for success at the delayed 2021 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

After having a recovery session on Sunday morning, the Black Stars have this evening held a final training session in Yaoundé.

All 26 players already in camp took part in the training with coach Milovan Rajevac and his technical team taking players through their paces.

The intensive part of the training was done in Doha, Qatar, where the Black Stars pitched camp for three weeks.

After today’s training, Ghana is now ready to take on Morocco tomorrow. The Group C encounter will kick off at 16:00GMT.
