According to sources, the football association in South Korea are eager to give the national team head coach the confidence he needs to work.

As a result, talks have started to have the contract of Paulo Bento extended as soon as possible.

The coach at the end of the draw in Qatar said South Korea are underdogs ahead of the global showpiece later this year. However, he is confident his side can prepare well to excel at the Mundual.
