Ghanaian forward Myron Boadu delighted to join AS Monaco

Dutch-born Ghanaian forward Myron Boadu is delighted to have signed for As Monaco this summer.

Boadu joined the French giants in the ongoing transfer window from Dutch outfit AZ Alkmaar for 17 million Euros plus bonuses following his swashbuckling performance last season.

The enterprising forward penned a five-year deal with the club and is expected to play a key role for the club in the 2021/22 season.

Reacting to his move, he said, “I am delighted to have signed for AS Monaco. I want to thank Oleg Petrov and Paul Mitchell for their welcomes and for giving me the opportunity to play for this great club, to give everything for this shirt”

He has featured twice for the club in the French Ligue 1 since joining this summer.

Boadu featured 88 times scoring 38 goals and providing 18 assists during his stint with AZ Alkmaar.
