Gladson Awako anticipates tough game against Medeama
Great Olympics captain, Gladson Awako is expecting a tough against Medeama on Friday in matchday 18 of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The ‘Oly dade boys’ will welcome the Mauve and Yellows to the Accra Sports Stadium in the first game of the second round.
The first leg between the two sides in the first round ended in draw and Olympics are looking to continue their impressive home form by clinching the three points.
“It is going to be a very difficult game”, Gladson Awako told Odiasempa Kwame Oware on Wamputu Sports on Happy 98.9FM.
“They are a very good side with a good coach and players. All we want to do is win the match on Friday”.
Awako also talked about the battle with Medeama SC midfielder Justice Blay.
“We all know Justice Blay’s quality and I have trained with him for four-five weeks now. So I know his weakness and how to deal with him”.
Great Olympics finished second on the league table in the first round with 30 points whilst Medeama placed fifth on the table with 27 points.
