GPL Preview: Matchweek Two- WAFA vs Hearts of Oak
WAFA SC will host Hearts of Oak on Matchday Two of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season on Friday.
The game is scheduled for 3pm kick off at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope.
Both teams are in search of their first win of the campaign after dropping points last week.
Hearts made a frustrating start to their title defence as they were held at home by Legon Cities.
The Phobians dominated play but failed to score as they settled for a barren game against the Royals.
Meanwhile, the Academy boys lost by a lone goal to King Faisal at the Baba Yara stadium.
They will be aiming to make their home advantage count when they come up against the defending champions.
Hearts are winless in their last 7 visits to Sogakope and WAFA have picked up 4 wins, 3 draws against the Rainbow boys during this period.
