GPL Week 12 preview: Great Olympics vs Karela United
Accra Great Olympics, this afternoon, will play host to Karela United in week 12 of the 2021 Ghana Premier League season.
Both sides had decent results in week 11, with Karela United defeating Eleven Wonders in a thrilling 4-2 encounter while Great Olympics secured a crucial point away from home against Berekum Chelsea.
For the latter, the point helped them to sustain the pressure for a place in the top four, as they are just two points adrift Medeama SC who are in fourth.
A win today will, thus, do them some good but they will have to work hard for it against a Karela United side who are seeking to climb up the ladder.
FORM GUIDE
Olympics in their last five games have amassed 8 points out of a possible 15.
They have won twice including wins against Bibiani Gold Stars and Eleven Wonders.
