Great Olympics coach Annor Walker attributes King Faisal defeat to tiredness
Great Olympics head coach Annor Walker has blamed tiredness as the caused of his side’s defeat against King Faisal.
The ‘Dade Boys’ after putting up a scintillating performance against Heart’s of Oak were a pale shardow of themselves as King Faisal defeated them on Sunday.
An 8th minute strike from Zubairu Ibrahim was enough to hand the Insha Allah Boys the maximum points.
Speaking to FootballMadeInGhana.com after the game, the coach cited tiredness as the cause of his side’s defeat.
“Well, we lost the match. I take it as a football. If I compare what they did today. I attribute all to tiredness. I take it in a good faith.
“They defended well. Because they know their position on the table. You could see how they were running. So they did well. We play below form.”
Olympics will be looking to return to winning ways when they host Bechem United in Matchday 30 of the Ghana Premier League.
