Hannover 96 working to offload out-of-form Ghanaian attacker Patrick Twumasi
German outfit, Hannover 96 are gearing up to offload Ghanaian attacker Patrick Twumasi.
The once-exciting forward joined the German Bundesliga 2 side in 2020 in a move from Spanish club Deportivo Alaves.
Although he managed to make an impact in his first season, Patrick Twumasi has not managed to keep his place in the team’s starting eleven.
Unfortunately, injuries and issues relating to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) has affected the player’s ability to also stay fit to play in more matches.
With his Hannover 96 side constantly growing impatient with his situation, officials are making plans to get rid of him in the winter transfer window.
Reports gathered indicate that sports director Marcus Mann is working to secure a move for the player.
Checks have also revealed the club could consider mutual termination of the players contract if things do not improve by January.
