He is a beautiful talent with a great future – Milovan Rajevac has high hopes for Fatawu Issahaku
The head coach of the Ghana national team, Milovan Rajevac has described teenager Fatawu Issahaku as a beautiful talent with a great future.
The talented teenager in the October international break had the opportunity to mark his debut for the Black Stars in a 3-1 win against Zimbabwe in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
He was a delight to watch in that match and is being tipped to command a place in the Ghana team in subsequent assignments.
Speaking on the player, Milovan Rajevac has said he believes Fatawu Issahaku has proven himself.
“He recommended himself with his performance for U-20 team and when he came to the camp, he proved himself at the training sessions and the training match so he showed me he has to get the chance and I am quite satisfied with the way he is developing and he is a beautiful talent and a player with a great future in professional football,” the Serbian tactician said in an interview with the Ghana FA media team.
Next month when Ghana will be taking on Ethiopia and South Africa in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Fatawu Issahaku is likely to be one of the players that will be invited to help the Black Stars to secure the needed wins.
