” He is not fit ” – Eleven Wonders coach Ignatius Osei Fosu slams referee Charles Bulu
Irated Eleven Wonders coach Ignatius Osei Fosu has slammed referee Charles Bulu following his side’s 2-1 defeat to Elmina Sharks on Friday.
Wonders went 2-0 down in the first 10 minute of the game courtesy a quick brace from Benjamin Bernard Boateng.
The visitors after the break pulled one back from Abdul Ganiu Abass as they chased for the equalizer.
Wonders were denied twice by the referee, first Alex Asamoah’s strike was disallowed for offside, before Ganiu’s effort was overruled for not crossing the line.
Speaking to media after the game, Ignatius expressed his dissapointed with the performance of the referee insisting he wasn’t fit enough to handle the game.
“We didn’t lose the game. This is the first time I’m talking about the referee.
“He is not fit. He hasn’t recovered from what happened to him. This game was a high tempo and to say he’s a FIFA referee. The two goals were clear. We have beaten them 3-2. The referee should be ashamed of himself.” He added.
