He is such a very good player – Jojo Wollacot hails Ghana midfielder Daniel Kofi-Kyereh
Ghana international Joseph Luke Wollacot has heaped praise on his Black Stars teammate Daniel Kofi-Kyereh, saying he is such a good player.
The 26-year-old has been in a rich vein of form for St Pauli in the ongoing German Bundesliga 2 campaign, scoring 12 and providing 10 assists in 28 matches.
The enterprising forward has been outstanding since making his debut for the Black Stars.
He was a member of the squad that secured qualification to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
However, Wollacot, who plies his trade for English fourth-tier club Swindon Town in an interview with Happy FM lauded the Ghanaian forward impressive run of form.
He added Daniel Kofi-Kyereh is his best friend in the Black Stars team.
“I relate with everyone but my friend is Daniel Kofi Kyereh. He is such a very good player. But everyone makes me feel welcome in the team,” he said.
The duo are expected to make the Black Stars squad for the World Cup tournament to be stage din Qatar later this year.
Ghana has been paired in Group H against Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea ahead of the World Cup.
