Hearts of Oak PRO hints at more signings before transfer window closes
Hearts of Oak Communications Director, Kwame Opare Addo has hinted that the club could still make some signings before the transfer window closes.
The Phobians have already secured the services of Eleven Wonders star Ibrahim Salifu and Caleb Amankwah from Aduana Stars ahead of the second round of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
According to Kwame Opare Addo, the signing of former Aduana Stars defender Caleb Amankwah was based on the recommendation of coach Samuel Boadu.
However, there could be more comings in the next couple of weeks, with King Faisal’s Kwame Peprah rumoured to be a target for the Accra-based giants.
Speaking in an interview on the latest addition to the Phobia squad and what the fans should expect, Opare Addo said, “It was the recommendation from the coach for us to get Caleb Amankwah.
“We know he is a very good player and after days of negotiations we were able to seal the deal. Once everything is done he will join the team next week”.
“Between now and the end of the transfer window our fans should keep their fingers crossed”.
“We are making sure in the second round the fans will witness a change in the team”, he added.
