According to reports, President Akufo Addo will make a financial commitment to the club in their CAF inter-club campaign.
The Phobians who are the country’s sole representative in the CAF Confederations Cup, have made a slow start to the new season.
Hearts are still winless after two games played so far in the league and they currently lie 10th on the standings.
The Accra-based side will host Aduana Stars on Sunday at the Accra Sports stadium on match week three of the Ghana Premier League.
