Management of Accra Hearts of Oak have appealed to the Ghana Football Association to reschedule their midweek encounter with Legon Cities from Thursday 24th June 2021.
In a release sighted by footballmadeinghana.com, the Phobians have cited undue advantage with regards to the time of preparations ahead of the Super Clash meeting with rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
According to the Rainbow boys, playing on Thursday will leave them with just 42-hours to prepare for the Super Clash while Asante Kotoko will have 72-hours to prepare for the game.
Thus are pleading with the GFA to provide each club with a levelled playing ground with regards to preparation for the Super Clash which many have touted as the decider for the GPL title.
