HSV to send Aaron Opoku out on loan again
It’s his next summer of parole. As in the previous year, Aaron Opoku is looking for a chance at HSV after a loan – but again maybe only a separation seems to be able to satisfy all sides.
In previous years, the 22-year-old was awarded to Rostock and Regensburg. He was convincing with Hansa, but not with Jahn. Now he’s back in Hamburg.
Opoku’s problem: Tim Walter doesn’t seem to have any real use for him at HSV either. In the preparation he played in different positions, against Silkeborg (1-0) the coach even offered him as a right defender. At the same time, however, Walter complained that he currently has hardly any wingers. Not a good sign for Opoku.
It is possible that the native Billstedter (still has a HSV contract until 2024) will be awarded again. A renewed interest from Rostock was rumored, but there is nothing concrete. The Dutch market could also be interesting. HSV recently awarded Ogechika Heil to Eredivisie promoted Go Ahead Eagles Deventer.
