I have to prove myself and keep more clean sheets – Legon Cities goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi

Legon Cities goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi has set his sights on keeping more clean sheets in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.

Ofori Antwi, who joined the Royals before the start of the 2021/22 league season produced a five-star performance against Hearts of Oak in GPL opening day as his outfit shared the spoils with the Phobians.

Ahead of his outfits game against Real Tamale United, the former Medeama shot stopper says he have built much confidence from the first game and has vowed to prove himself in order to keep more clean sheets.

“I have built a lot of confidence from the first game and I know the games ahead will be more tougher so I have to prove myself so I can keep more clean sheets this season,” he told Legon Cities media.

“We need to work extra harder than we did against Hearts of Oak to grab all the three points against RTU this Saturday,” he added.

“We can beat RTU, we just have to work more harder.”

Legon Cities hosts the Pride of the North on Saturday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
