I want Bordeaux to help me grow- Gideon Mensah
Ghanaian left-back, Gideon Mensah, has stated that he hopes Ligue 1 side Bordeaux helps him grow as a player.
The 23-year-old joined the French top-flight club after a successful loan spell with Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes.
Gideon, who has returned from international duty with the Black Stars, has stated that he hopes to help the team and hopes the team helps him grow as well.
“I am in a win-win perspective. I want to help Bordeaux grow and I want Bordeaux to help me develop as a player”, Mensah stated.
Mensah was handed a start by CK Akonnor in Ghana’s 1-0 defeat against South Africa. The player generally impressed with his performance.
