I’ve learnt a lot from Patrick Vieira – Crystal Palace winger Jeffery Schlupp

Ghana international Jeffery Schlupp has heaped praise on Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira for the role played in his career since his arrival at the club.

The former Arsenal and France legend joined Palace before the start of the season replacing Roy Hodgson.

The 23-year-old has featured 13 times this season under the Frenchman and according to him, a lot has been learnt from him especially playing in midfield.

“I’ve learnt a lot from Patrick personally, and playing in midfield – he was obviously a midfielder – there are personal messages that he has passed on that I try to take on.

“One of the main things is the confidence in playing forwards, attacking well and playing together as a team, which is obviously a big thing in what we do.” He said.
