Karela United part ways with captain Godfred Yeboah

Karela United have parted ways with captain Godfred Agyemang Yeboah ahead of the start of the 2021/22 season.

Yeboah has brought his five-year stay at the club to an end and is now free to join any club.

He lost his place in the first team prior to the start of the second round of last season to Kwaku Osei.

The defender made 14 appearances for Karela United last season.

Yeboah made 67 appearances and scored nine goals for the Aiyinasi based club during his five-year stint.

He joined the club from Proud United in the 2016-2017 season.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to several clubs in the ongoing transfer window.
