Kotoko’s Razak Abalora revels in clean sheet haul
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Razak Abalora has is delighting himself in his clean sheet haul for the club in the Ghana Premier League.
The former WAFA SC and Azam FC (Tanzania) has been in stupendous in the post for the Porcupine Warriors in this season’s campaign helping them become the best defensive team this far.
Abalora only joined the side before the start of the season, but his performances in between the sticks has seen him become an indispensable member of Coach Mariano Barreto’s starting lineups.
He is currently the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets after posting a record of 11 in 17 games. Presently he has the best clean sheet per game ratio in Ghana’s top flight.
Abalora has conceded 7 goals and only conceded more than one goal in a game once.
His exploits has also seen him earn regular callups to the Senior National football team and was in post during the Black Stars last assignments against South Africa and Sao Tome.
Abalora after keeping his latest clean sheet (11 in 17 games) took to social media to revel in the moment.
