Kurt Okraku’s interference in a coach’s job must be addressed by CK Akonnor – Karim Zito
Coach Karim Zito has stated that Kurt Okraku’s interference in a coach’s job must be addressed by CK Akonnor.
There were several reports about interference by the Ghana Football Association president in player selection during CK Akonnor’s stint as Black Stars coach.
However, Coach Karim Zito has explained that the GFA boss making an advise cannot be labeled as interference.
“advising you to do something is not a bad issue, so this issue I even told one of our coach educator Professor Mintah that I don’t understand it when it comes to football,”
“I don’t know how people came about that interference from Kurt to CK. Unless CK comes out and says it,” Zito told Adom TV.
Zito added that he welcomes suggestions from others and does not consider that as interference.
I have in-depth knowledge about the job so when I advise you to do something then you turn round to say people are interfering in your job I don’t understand that,” he concluded.
