Kwabena Owusu delighted to be on the score sheet after long drought

Ghana forward Kwabena Owusu was delighted to have scored on Friday night for Qarabag as they edged past Keshla 2-0 in the Azerbaijan Premier League.
It was Owusu’s seventh goal of the campaign after 25 appearances.
The former Cordoba was enduring a barren spell in front of goal and was delighted to find the back of the net on Friday.
In what was a cagey encounter, the two sides shared the spoils in the first half but Qarabag managed to break the deadlock after recess.
Goals from Mahir Emreli in the 47th-minute and Kwabena Owusu in the 74th minute was enough to hand Qarabag the maximum points.
Owusu took to Instagram to express his delight at ending his goal drought.
“Don’t try to take me out because you can’t take the lion out”, Kwabena Owusu indicated in a post on social media after the game.
