Leicester City chase defender Abdul Mumin
English Premier League club Leicester is interested in signing Ghana international Abdul Mumin to strengthen their defense department which has been hit with injuries.
Also, Leicester City is set to lose AFCON bound defender Daniel Amartey who has played a key role at the back for the club this season.
Mumin has two years left on his current contract with Portuguese club Vitoria Guimaraes.
Newcastle United and French club Lyon are also interested in signing the former FC Nordsjaeland player.
Mumin is a big player for Vitoria this season, confirming his status as one of the best defenders outside of Europe’s established major leagues.
The 23 year old defender is currently valued at around £12million. According to other reports Leicester City will like to signing Mumin at the end of the season instead.
