Match Preview: Hearts of Oak vs Elmina Sharks- Phobians look to keep pace in title race

Hearts of Oak will host Elmina Sharks in the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The match day-25 fixture is scheduled for 6pm kickoff on Sunday.

The teams shared the spoils when Sharks hosted the Phobians in the first round of the league.

James Bissue found the net for Elmina Sharks whiles a beautiful header from Victor Aidoo from a Fatawu cross brought the phobians level to end the game 1–1.

The game was full of drama as Sharks midfielder Benjamin Arthur was shown a red card for a rough tackle on Lawali Mamale. Former Hearts head coach Kosta Papic was the manager in charge with Asare Bediako assisting him.

With the new technical team headed by Samuel Boadu, the Phobians will aim at cementing victory at the Accra Sport Stadium to record 3 straight wins since the manager joined Hearts.

Hearts are on an excellent form and victory over Sharks will strengthen their title chances.

Elmina Sharks are free from any suspensions and fully fit squad for the epic encounter this evening.

Hearts of Oak will still miss the service of midfield duo of Nurudeen Abdul Aziz and Frederick Ansah Botchway all due to injuries.
