Match Preview : King Faisal vrs WAFA – Insha Allah boys seek revenge against Academy Boys

King Faisal will be looking to return to winning ways on Sunday when they welcome West African Football Academy in Matchday 18 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Insha Allah Boys ended the first round of the campaign on 16th Position following a poor start to the campaign.

New coach Kassim Gokyildiz has been tasked to turn the fortunes of the club following his appointment two weeks ago.

With the addition of experience players like Eric Donkor, Samudeen Ibrahim, Latif Salifu, Seidu Salifu and Danlad Ibrahim, the fans are optimistic things will change in the second round.

WAFA on the hand are looking for their second win on the road following a mixed first round.

The academy lads have won only one away game in the first round which came at the same venue they will face King Faisal tomorrow.

WAFA have made four signings during the break with striker Justus Torsutsey coming from Division One League side Sekondi Hasaacas.

The rest are goalkeeper Osei Kwadwo Bonsu, Abdul Basit Issah and Alhassan Seidu Abu.

Three players Emmanuel Ofori Agyemang , Derrick Mensah Antwi and Henry Oware have been promoted from the academy’s U17 side.

Team News

King Faisal will be without goalkeeper Kaisan Yuisu who ha s been ruled of the game.

Kwame Peprah despite training just twice with the team is available for selection.

For WAFA, John Tedeku has returned to light training but not ready for action.
