Match Preview: Medeama vs Ebusua Dwarfs- League leaders face tricky test in Tarkwa
League leaders Medeama SC will host Ebusua Dwarfs on Matchday 22 of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The Mauve and Yellows climbed to the summit of the table following a remarkable comeback 2-1 win over Asante Kotoko in Obuasi last weekend weekend.
The two-time FA Cup champions will seek to consolidate their lead at the top against a resilient Ebusua Dwarfs side who thrashed Great Olympics 4-1 in their last encounter.
The Crabs were ruthless against the Wonder Club, recording a massive win infront of their home fans.
Prior to the win, Abontoa Abontoa boys had not recorded any victory in the premiership since they beat King Faisal Babes 1-0 on 24 February 2021.
Medeama are nine points clear above their opponents – lying at the top with the visitors in 11th place.
The match is scheduled for 3pm kick off Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
