Aduana Stars defeated Berekum Chelsea 1-0 to continue their unbeaten home run in the Ghana Premier League.

A second half strike from Benjamin Tweneboah was enough to give the Fire Boys the maximum points.

It was Aduana Stars who started the game very well and making incursions.

Bright Adjei had the first chance of the game but his efforts was block by Hanry Ansu.

The visitors then came close with their first attack but Bright Amponsah’s shot was saved by Masawudu Inusah.

Fatawu Rahman nearly scored from a close range but his shot was saved by Gregory.

Aduana Stars wee awarded a penalty on the brink of halftime after Abdul Basit brought Brefo down in the penalty box.

Sam Adams stepped and smashed his efforts against the crossbar.

After the break, Aduana Stars took the lead through Benjamin Tweneboah, the winger latched in a perfect shot to broke the deadlock of the game.

Chelsea huffed and puffed looking for the equalizer but the home team defended very well at the back.

Aduana Stars maintain their lead till the blast of full-time whistle.
