Match Report: Elmina Sharks 1-1 Karela United- Sharks, Karela share spoils in Cape Coast
Elmina Sharks came from behind to draw 1-1 with Karela United FC at the Nduom Sports complex on match day 24 of the Ghana Premier League.
Benjamin Boateng scored in the 72nd minute to cancel Reginald Antwi’s first half strike.
The home crowd were stunned after the visitors took the lead through Reginald Antwi.
The forward rose high to meet a cross in the 30th minute to put his side ahead at the break.
However a spirited second half display by Sharks saw them come from behind to snatch the equalizer.
Boateng scored a spectacular over head kick to ensure both teams shared the spoils.
