Medeama file Appeal against Ghana FA decision on former employee Samuel Boadu
Medeama has filed an appeal against the decision of the Ghana Football Association asking former employee Samuel Boadu to pay the club GH₵ 30,000 as compensation for unilateral termination of his contract.
The club met its late-Tuesday deadline to challenge the decision of the Player Status Committee.
The club has taken the decision to appeal against the selective decision of the committee.
We are firm in our resolve that the committee erred in law and failed to apply the rules appropriately.
The club is asking the Appeals Committee to overturn the selective decision of the Player Status Committee and make definitive declarations to restore confidence in the judicial system.
However, the club will not appeal against the decision on former employee Hamza Obeng.
