Napoli’s Andre Anguissa reminds me of Michael Essien – Ex-Italian footballer Daniele Adani

Former Italian footballer Daniele Adani has exalted the qualities of Napoli midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and has likened him to Ghana legend Michael Essien.

The Cameroonian international has been instrumental for the Serie A since joining the club from Fulham.

However, according to Daniele Adani, Anguissa reminds him of Essien during his stints with Lyon, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

“Anguissa, on the other hand, reminds me of the first Michael Essien, not as a posture but as an execution. When he played at Lyon, before going to Chelsea and Real Madrid, he really looked like him”
