New Asante Kotoko CEO backed by Evelyn Asare

Frederick ElikplimEvelyn Asare, a Board member of Asante Kotoko, has given her total support to Nana Yaw Amponsah, the new Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko.
Nana Yaw Amponsah was declared the current CEO of the club during a humongous ceremony on Friday in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The former Ghana Football Association Presidential candidate was given the mandate to steer and revolutionize the club into one of the best on the continent within a span of three years.
Kotoko fans should support the new CEO
Madam Asare, the head of sports at the Sunyani Polytechnic pleaded with fans to stand and offer support to their choice for the CEO job.
“Giving my full support to him to do the needful, this current Asante Kotoko SC has moved from just value for money to sustainability,” she posted on Twitter.
“We only entreat our cherished fans to pray and support the Board and the newly appointed CEO to succeed and lift the club to greater height,” she added.
The board member expressed her full support to him in pursuing his targets for the club, adding that, all fans and supporters of the club would aid, support, and trust the newly appointed CEO to succeed and attain all accolades.
