No vaccination, no entry policy has not started yet - GFA General Secretary

Ghana Football Association (GFA) General Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo says the no vaccination, no entry policy has not started yet in the Ghana Premier League.

Prior to the start of the new season, the GFA confirmed that every fan over the age of 12 attending Premier League fixtures should be able to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within the previous 48 hours.

The FA became the first organised body in the country following its announcement of a ‘No Vaccination, No Entry’ policy for all its matches which started on Friday, October 29.

“The no vaccination, no entry policy has not started yet,” Prosper Addo told Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.

“It will start when we are given the green light to have full capacity at our various match venues in the Ghana Premier League and other competitions.”

The Ghana Premier League enters match week two this weekend at various stadia.
