OFFICIAL : Ghanaian forward Abdul Basit Khalid joins Moldovan giants FC Sheriff Tiraspol
Moldovan giants FC Sheriff Tiraspol have announced the signing of Ghanaian forward Abdul Basit Khalid in the ongoing transfer window.
Khalid has signed a deal with the UEFA champions League campaigners after passing his medical on Thursday.
He joins the club on free transfer after parting ways with Tunisian giants Espérance Sportive de Tunis by mutual termination.
The 25-year-old is returning to Macedonian for the second time having had a spell with club Makedonija Gjorce Petrov.
He scored 8 goals with 3 assists in 14 appearances appearance in the Macedonia League before joining Esperance.
The former Dreams FC player managed three goals in 24 matches in all competitions for Espérance last season.
He has previously featured for Pristinha in Kosovo and KF Teuta in Albania.
