Our aim is to win the CAF Women’s Champions League title in Egypt - Hasaacas Ladies captain Janet Egyir

Hasaacas Ladies skipper Janet Egyir has disclosed his outfit ultimate target is to win the upcoming maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League title.

The team has arrived in Egypt ahead of the much-anticipated tournament scheduled to start on Friday, November 5, 2021 in the North Africa country.

Hasaacas Ladies, champions of WAFU B Women’s championship have been paired with Wadi Degla of Egypt, AS Mande of Mali, and Malabo Kings FC of Equatorial Guinea in Group A.

The treble winners come up against Malabo Kings from Equatorial Guinea at the 30 June stadium On Friday November 5, 2021.

In an interview, Janet Egyir affirmed his outfit aim is to win the trophy but said they must take it game after game.

“We are very prepared and our aim is to win this tournament but we are taking it game after game”

“Ghanaians should continue to pray for us since we are here to defend the good name of Ghana. We are very ready for this tournament” she said.
