PFAG send goodwill message to Black Stars
The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) extends its best wishes to our senior national team The Black Stars, as they prepare for their crucial AFCON 2021 Qualifying Phase double header matches against South Africa and Sao Tome.
The Stars will clash with Bafana Bafana at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on Thursday before rounding off the qualifying series for AFCON 2021 slated for Cameroun with a home fixture against Sao Tome.
Ghana sits on top of Group C with nine points from four matches and needs at least a point from the two upcoming games to book a ticket to the continental showpiece competition that will be played next year after a COVID-19 enforced delay.
As the mother body of all professional footballers in Ghana, the PFAG throws it’s continuing support fully behind Coach C.K. Akonnor and his charges as they seek to rise above all challenges to secure their spot at AFCON Cameroun 2021.
We urge all Ghanaians to continue to back the team with well wishes and prayer in their quest to bring victory and honour to the nation.
