Ghana’s U17 side, the Black Starlets this afternoon held their recovery training session at the Hilton Sports Complex after their first friendly clash with Morocco.
The Black Starlets were led by head coach Ben Forkuo and his technical team as they went through warm up sessions as well as exercises that speed up the rate of recovery after games.
The Starlets suffered a 2-1 defeat to their Moroccan counterparts at the Prince Moulay Hassan Stadium in Monday in their first friendly encounter.
The two sides will be locking horns again on Thursday in the second and final training match at the Mohammed VI Maamoura Center.
Ghana will be offered an opportunity to redeem themselves after their earlier defeat suffered on Monday.
