Ghana striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom has started training with his new club Beitar Jerusalem.

The 28-year-old was in quarantine for 14 days since arriving in Israel to sign a one-year deal with the club.

Boakye Yaidom was put through his paces for the first time on Wednesday morning.

He joins Beitar Jerusalem on a free transfer that guarantees a large income after departing Polish top-flight team Gornik Zabreze at the end of last season following a six-month spell.

The goal poacher is the second Ghanaian to join Beitar Jerusalem this summer, following international teammate Edwin Gyasi.

Boakye left Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade after his contract expired in December of last year.
