Pressure mounts on Serwaa Amihere to deactivate her twitter account following Kotoko’s defeat

Pressure is mounting on GhOne TV’s morning show host and newscaster, Serwaa Amihere to deactivate her twitter handle following the one-nil defeat suffered by the porcupine worriers, Asante Kotoko in the hands of their arch-rivals, Accra Heart of Oak.
If Kotoko loses I will deactivate my account
The TV personality, a staunch supporter of the Kumasi based team which goes by the tag “Wo Kum Apem a Apem Beba” on Sunday, June 27 prior to the match between the two great teams in a twitter post said if Kokoto loses to Heart of Oak, she will deactivate her account.
“If Kotoko loses I will deactivate my account,” her tweet sighted by GhanaPlus.com reads.

Deactivate your account – Nana Aba tells Serwaa Amihere
Following the defeat of the team few hours ago, twitter users have mounted pressure on Ms Amihere to honour her words and deactivate her account.
The campaign is led by the Chief Executive Officer of the EIB Network, Nana Aba Anamoah, a close pal and boss of the renowned television host.
Nana Aba few minute after the match which saw the defeat of Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sport Stadium in Accra, took to twitter to demand Serwaa Amihere to deactivate her account as promised.

Many followers have reacted to the call asking the proud Kotoko supporter to deactivate her account immediately. Others also sympathized with the TV presenter and asked that she be pardoned for the comment.
