Ghana promising forward, Felix Afena-Gyan is ready to explode at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar later this year.
Having turned down several call-ups to the Black Stars, the 19-year-old honored a call-up for the playoff games against Nigeria last month.
The AS Roma forward has handed a starting berth y Otto Addo at the Baba Yara Stadium and at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium on both legs.
Afena-Gyan won the hearts of many Ghanaians due to his impressive debut performance against the Super Eagles.
Ghana held off Nigeria aka Super Eagles with a 1-1 draw in the return leg in Abuja to secured their place at Qatar Mundial.
Arsenal star Thomas Partey opened the scoring in the decisive match after 10 minutes at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong converted a penalty to equalize the Super Eagles after a VAR decision in the 22nd minute.
Having been tipped by many, Afena-Gyan who took the Serie A by storm has promised to put up an impressive performance at the global showpiece.
Ghana is in Group H alongside Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea.
