Dwamena already suffered heart problems during his time at Real Zaragoza, a club to which he came on loan from Levante. In the Aragonese capital he had to stop playing because of the risk of suffering a heart attack. With the Zaragoza team he participated in a total of 12 games, with a balance of two goals: he contributed to the away win against Alcorcon, and also to the victory against Extremadura at the stadium of La Romareda.
