Second tier side Star Makers FC announce the appointment of Christian Lokko as new head coach of the Club
Second tier side Star Makers have announced the appointment of veteran coach Christian Nettey Lokko as the new head coach of the club.
The coach has signed a year contract with the club following a successful negotiations.
A statement on the club’s website read,
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Christian Nettey Lokko as our new Head Coach on a year contract.
He is renowned for his tactical prowess as a player doing his time as a player and has currently managed clubs like Nzema Kotoko, Akosombo Krystal Palace, King Faisal, Garba Babies – Nigeria etc.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO and owner of Star Makers Issah Mohammed Kumai said, “In Lokko we have one of the most experienced Head Coach in Ghana football,”.
“He has a wealth of experience, can inspire teams and is a great tactician. We believe he will bring energy and belief to the dressing room”.
“With his vast knowledge about football we think he can groom, educate, be a father and help us gain promotion to the First Division League during his stay with us.” Issah concluded
