Sekondi Hasaacas and Icarus Football sign new partnership deal
Sekondi Hasaacas FC and Icarus Football have announced a new partnership that will see both the men’s team and the women’s team wearing Icarus Football kits for the 2021/2022 Football Season.
The major new partnership builds on recent market demands for the Club’s replica, which the Club’s Executives have settled on Icarus Football to meet the growing demand.
Icarus is an American-based kits manufacturing company.
Starting in November 2021, Icarus will provide kits for Hasaacas Ladies for the upcoming CAF Women’s Champions League including other important sports wears the treble winners will need for the campaign and other competitions.
The men’s team will also be wearing same as for the 2021/2022 Division One League Season.
“Icarus is a unique brand that never uses templates. Instead, we create unique kits that draw upon the heritage and identity of a football club. By partnering with us, Hasmal will receive personally designed kits that are inspired by their own club’s imagery and iconography” – said Johnny Hopcroft, the Spokesperson of the Icarus Football.
“This announcement marks an era of exciting things to happen. We hope this model of partnership and sponsorship on that global level looking at our women’s team and their involvement in the CAF Women’s Champions League later this year” – said Samuel Arbuah, CEO for the men’s team.
This partnership will see both men and the women’s team use exclusive Icarus wear in all official outings starting November 2021.
