Swansea City manager Steve Cooper has heaped praise on Andre Ayew after inspiring his team to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Millwall at the Den.
The Black Stars skipper scored his 15th goal of the campaign to halt their four-game losing run in style.
“I thought we were a real attacking threat all game” Cooper noted in his post match presser.
“I think Wayne (Routledge), coming into the team, was excellent, Andre has scored at a brilliant time, just before half-time, and he was a real nuisance for the Millwall defenders.
“He was taking up areas where he was perhaps not getting the ball, but he was dragging people out of areas to exploit spaces elsewhere.
Swansea City next face Sheffield Wednesday as the fight for promotion to the Premier League continues.
