Tamale City earn 3 points and 3 goals against Techiman City
Tamale City have earned 3 points and 3 goals against Techiman City in relation to their matchday 15 encounter which ended abruptly.
The visitors were leading 1-0 when the match officials ended the game following crowd violence at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
The referees stopped the game when they felt their lives were threatened by the home team supporters which is against GFA rules.
Tamale City protested against Techiman City FC for acts of supporters of the former which caused the abrupt end of their Division One League Match Day 15 match played at the Ohene Ameyaw park, Techiman which contravened the Division One League
Regulations.
Tamale City consequently prayed the Disciplinary Committee to declare Techiman City FC as losers of the said match in accordance with the GFA Division One League Regulations and that Techiman City and the GFA Disciplinary Code accordingly with the necessary application thereof activated.
After hearing the case of the respondent and subsequent findings, the Committee took the decision to award Tamale City 3 points and 3 goals.
Techiman City on the other hand have been deducted 6 points and 6 goals for the behavior of the fans.
