Too Bad! Ghana FA Communications Director burgled

The football family woke up to the unpleasant news of the Communication Director of the association, Henry Asante Twum, who was robbed on Monday.

The unfortunate incident occurred on Monday night after returning from his usual daily routine with the association.

The burglers broke into his car and made away with his laptop, money, passport, and other valuables.

Narrating the sad experience, Henry thanked God for his life and encouraged himself despite his loss.

“They made away with my laptop, passport, money and other personal belongings but not my life,” he posted on his Facebook.

“Unleash your dogs if you have one, put on the alarm when you park your car because we live in a crazy world. This too shall pass!!!!”

Henry Asante Twum was appointed Head of Communications by the GFA a year ago and his leadership has witnessed massive transformation on the communication front.

Henry formerly worked for Tema Youth FC and Premier League club, Dreams FC as Director of Communications.

Asante was also Group Head of Sports at EIB Media Network and has also worked with several Ghanaian media houses notably Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Radio XYZ, and Power FM.

He was recently appointed by FOX/ESPN as a commentator for the 2019 WAFU tournament in Senegal.
