UEFA Conference League : Eugene Ansah bags brace in Hapoel Be’er Sheva victory
Ghanaian striker Eugene Ansah bagged brace to propel Hapoel Be’er Sheva to UEFA Conference League win.
The Israeli club hammered Slask Wroclaw of Poland 4-0 at home and in the process won the third qualifying round tie 5-2 on aggregate.
Ansah broke the deadlock of the game in the first two minutes into the encounter.
The 26-year-old registered his second goal on the night in the 54th minute before his compatriot Elton Acolatse assisted the fourth goal.
Ansah has now scored three goals in three matches in the competition this season.
He joined the club on July 1 from Israeli second-tier club Haspoel Raanana.
