VIDEO: Maxwell Woledzi nets in FC Nordsjaelland preseason win over Royal Antwerp
On Saturday afternoon, FC Nordsjaelland’s defender Maxwell Woledzi scored for the club in a preseason win over Royal Antwerp.
FC Nordsjaelland defeated Royal Antwerp 3-0 in a preseason game ahead of their 2021/22 season campaign.
Woledzi, 20, scored a powerful header in the 69th minute to give FC Nordsjaelland a comprehensive victory against Belgian top-flight team Royal Antwerp.
His compatriot Kamaldeen Sulemana scored Nordsjaelland’s first goal with a stunning shot, and Ivorian teenager Mohammed Diomande doubled their advantage from the penalty spot.
Woledzi is seeking to keep his place in the FC Nordsjaelland senior team after appearing in a few Danish Superliga games last season.
The youngster has appeared sixteen times for FC Nordsjaelland, scoring once in competitive play.
Maxwell Woledzi’s contract with FC Nordsjaelland runs out in the summer of 2023.
