We are getting better – Inter Allies goalkeeper Rashid Seidu

Inter Allies goalkeeper Rashid Seidu says the team is gradually getting better after amassing four points in the two games played in the second round.

The bottom club drew 1-1 away at Dreams FC before overcoming then league leaders Karela United at home to boost their chances of survival.

Speaking to the Media after his side’s triumph over Karela United, the goalkeeper who kept his fifth clean sheets on the day believes the team is picking up at the right time of the season.

“We knew it was going to be a difficult game as in facing Karela who was on top – but we stood together as a team and we worked together and I think it paid off.

“We will surely build confidence from the game and get better in this second round.

“I think it’s the whole team, more like, when the team is performing definitely we will see more individual performance and now you can see we are playing well and scoring goals so our performance has been noticed.

“We are working hard so we will continue working hard and take it from there – it’s a great motivation.

Allies are currently placed at the bottom of the Ghana Premier League with 16 points after 19 games.
