“We will survive ” – Inter Allies coach Felix Aboagye insists
Inter Allies head coach Felix Aboagye has insisted the club will survive from the drop despite their current position on the log.
The Eleven Is To One Side are languishing at the bottom of the Ghana Premier League standing with 16 points after 20 games.
But interim coach Felix Aboagye is confident his side will not go relegation regardless of their current position.
“Yes we will survive, in football everything is possible – don’t write us off we didn’t start the season well but others will fall and we will rise because we are a great team and we will push hard to maintain our Premier League status. ”
“Yes it’s very possible. It’s a tall order for you but with our team, it is very possible because we cannot give up now and as a coach, I don’t want to give up because we want to fight and the boys have promised to fight.
The coach also admitted they will have to improve on their away performance if they want to survive.
“Our away performance/results, we can win all our home games but look at the position we find ourselves we have to be picking points from the away games because if we should be losing all the away games then we’d be in trouble.”
Allies will be looking to return to winning ways when they welcome King Faisal at the Theatre of Dreams in matchday 21 of the Ghana Premier League.
